Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Healthcare & Social Impact

Location: Mumbai (Flexible / Field + Remote Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and highly driven Business Development Manager who can think independently, execute aggressively, and bring fresh ideas to the table. This role involves working directly with leadership across two verticals:

  • BREG (Healthcare / Medical Devices) Vertical – PACK DEAL
  • Liter of Light – India Chapter (Social Impact Projects)

This is not a routine job — we want someone who is proactive, creative, and willing to experiment with bold ideas while ensuring strong on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities1. BREG Vertical – PACK DEAL

  • Manage day-to-day coordination between patients, surgeons, and the brand
  • Represent PACK DEAL in doctor meetings, hospital visits, and client interactions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand BREG product presence across Mumbai
  • Identify and onboard new hospital/clinic counters
  • Plan and execute patient engagement initiatives (e.g., rehab workshops, sports sessions, community events)
  • Ensure smooth operational flow and high service quality

2. Liter of Light – India Chapter

  • Strategize growth and expansion of projects
  • Identify partnerships (CSR, institutions, communities)
  • Plan and execute campaigns, installations, and events
  • Drive outreach, visibility, and impact
  • Work closely with leadership on scaling initiatives

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales & Business Growth (BREG Vertical)

  • Number of new hospital/clinic tie-ups onboarded per month
  • Increase in monthly sales revenue (MoM growth %)
  • Number of active counters using BREG products
  • Conversion rate from doctor meetings to active business
  • Repeat order frequency from existing clients

Field Activity & Relationship Management

  • Number of doctor/surgeon meetings per week
  • Number of patient interactions handled and converted
  • Feedback score from surgeons/clients (relationship quality)
  • Turnaround time for resolving operational issues

Events & Activation

  • Number of patient engagement events executed per month
  • Event-to-business conversion (patients → product usage)
  • Quality and innovation of events (measured via internal review)

Strategy & Execution

  • Monthly sales and growth plan submission + execution rate
  • Number of new ideas proposed and implemented
  • Success rate of pilot initiatives

Liter of Light – Growth KPIs

  • Number of new partnerships/CSR leads generated
  • Number of projects initiated and executed
  • Funds/CSR value generated per quarter
  • Outreach growth (institutions, collaborators, visibility)
  • Timely execution of installations/events

Ownership & Accountability

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meeting committed deadlines consistently
  • Weekly reporting with clear metrics and updates

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, client interaction, and travel within Mumbai
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to balance structure with hustle
  • Prior experience in sales/BD/healthcare/events is a plus
