Into NZ is a leading New Zealand immigration consultancy. We work with individuals looking to migrate to New Zealand. We also work with New Zealand employers needing to hire international workers. We are renowned for our depth of knowledge and experience in this field and beyond the day-to-day, are involved in policy development and broader industry issues. Our Principal Consultant has built and managed the business and is now looking for that 2IC she can trust to take over the reins and manage the business moving forward. We have a physical office in Hamilton. However, the right person does not necessarily have to be in the office to run the business - there is scope to run it remotely.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the immigration industry (perhaps working as an adviser, manager or recruiter); ambitious; business savvy and a top-quality communicator. You may already be working in a larger immigration company looking for change and be fired up about the potential to create your own future.
The key duties include:
- Manage day to day operations and drive the business commercially
- Manage the Team (currently 5 licensed advisers and 4 support staff)
- Develop Manage Client/Partnership relationships
- Maintain Quality Control
- Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies
- Strengthen systems & processes
- Liaise with/report to the business owner
You will bring:

- Long experience/knowledge of the immigration industry
