About Us

Join Esquires Coffee House, an award-winning international coffee brand known for great coffee, great people, and great experiences. We’re opening one of our most exciting cafés in TESCO Extra, and we’re looking for a Café Supervisor to help lead the team and keep things running smoothly.

About the Role

As Café Supervisor, you’ll support the Café Manager in running daily operations, leading your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. You’ll help create a welcoming, high-energy café atmosphere where quality and service always come first.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and team performance
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Support scheduling, payroll, and team development
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Assist with promotions and local marketing activities

About You

• Previous experience as a Café Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Barista or coffee experience is a plus

Health & Safety Standards

• Follow and uphold all company health and safety policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café
• Uniform: All black (T-shirt and apron provided)
• Hair must be tied back, and nails kept clean and tidy
