Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Guest Service: Greet guests, explain the menu, recommend dishes, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train waitstaff, assign tables, and maintain team morale.
- Operational Coordination: Communicate with the kitchen, manage table flow, and ensure food quality and presentation.
- Billing: Oversee accurate billing, handle payments, and resolve any issues.
- Health & Safety: Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
- Problem-Solving: Address complaints, operational issues, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Performance Monitoring: Track service standards, gather guest feedback, and report to management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,636.37 - ₹25,943.92 per month
