We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Captain to join our team. We are looking for candidates outside Ranchi. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The Food and Beverage Captain will lead and motivate the service team, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service.
• Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive a high level of customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Training and Development: Train new staff members and provide ongoing training to existing staff to maintain high service standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Quality Control: Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to established standards and specifications.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and other functions as required.
• Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
