Reports to: Care Manager
Summary of role
Ensure all client visits are allocated, recruit suitable Care and Support Workers, and maintain appropriate office procedures.
About The Role
Care Coordinator wanted for a homecare provider in Naas. We are offering full time role within the hours 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. Interested? Apply now! Immediate start!
Duties include:
- Answering phone queries from service users and staff members;
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information;
- Scheduling & templating visits;
- Filing;
- General computer tasks;
- Any adhoc duties required.
At Caremark Kildare we are recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Care Coordinator to start immediately.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
- Must have computer skills
- Must be honest, reliable and professional
- Must have a WORK PERMIT
- Must have experience in an office setting
- Rostering/scheduling experience desirable
- Recruitment experience desirable
