Reports to: Care Manager

Summary of role

Ensure all client visits are allocated, recruit suitable Care and Support Workers, and maintain appropriate office procedures.

About The Role

Care Coordinator wanted for a homecare provider in Naas. We are offering full time role within the hours 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. Interested? Apply now! Immediate start!

Duties include:

  • Answering phone queries from service users and staff members;
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information;
  • Scheduling & templating visits;
  • Filing;
  • General computer tasks;
  • Any adhoc duties required.

At Caremark Kildare we are recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Care Coordinator to start immediately.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be a team player with good communication skills
  • Must have computer skills
  • Must be honest, reliable and professional
  • Must have a WORK PERMIT
  • Must have experience in an office setting
  • Rostering/scheduling experience desirable
  • Recruitment experience desirable
