Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and transaction processing.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal interactions.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, and technical sales is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75-$18.02 per hour

Work Location: In person
