We're recruiting an experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee catering and service operations for Gather + Gather Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, with an annual salary of 45k. Our office is located in 79 Fitzwilliam Lane, Dublin, Dublin, D02 V567 .

ROLE PURPOSE

· To deliver quality service across the unit

· To ensure a strong relationship is kept with client & customers

· To provide and maintain the highest standards of food & drink service

· To effectively utilize the branding and marketing materials provided

· To represent Gather & Gather’s FOOD ideals at all times

· To communicate effectively with your client & team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

· Creating a positive team atmosphere & customer environment

· Configuring counter & display spaces to make them attractive

· Ensuring QHSE standards are met and upheld by your team

· Cash control, weekly banking, GP control and forecasting

· Handling and organising of hospitality and events bookings

· Identify training requirements, develop & progress your team

YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

· A flair for quality customer service

· A love of food & beverages and a knowledge of current trends

· Experience in a restaurant or café in a management capacity

· Strong communication skills

· A friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

· Follow Group and Company policies and procedures at all times

· Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment

· Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received

· Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system.

• Mon: Full-time (Days)

• Weds: Full-time (Days)
• Thurs: Full-time (Days)
• Fri: Full-time (Days)
