Cell Tower Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tower Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and be comfortable working at heights. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of communication towers, ensuring optimal performance for 4G, 5G, and other telecommunication services. Willing to train ideal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecommunication equipment on towers, including antennas and cabling.
• Conduct routine inspections of tower structures to identify any potential issues or hazards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
• Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in telecommunications technology.

Requirements

• 18 Years of Age of older
• Valid Michigan Driver License
• Experience driving a truck and trailer preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to climb tower structures
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to work 8+ hours a day
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Some weekends may be required
• Some travel may be required- Per diem and hotel provided by the company.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and frequently lift and/move up to 25 pounds
• Starting pay based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
