We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department in our healthcare facility. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the dietary department, ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to determine patients' nutritional needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive dietary guidance.
• Lead health coaching initiatives to promote healthy eating habits among patients.
• Train and mentor dietary staff in best practices for food service and nutrition management.
• Monitor food preparation and service to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of patient dietary needs, preferences, and changes in condition.
