Position Overview:
Gravity iLabs is seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the development and evolution of GravityOne, our premier AI-powered platform.
As CTO, you will spearhead the technology strategy and execution, driving the integration of AI, design, and data at an unprecedented level. Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership
- Define and execute a forward-thinking technology vision that aligns GravityOne with the strategic goals of Gravity iLabs.
- Lead the architecture and development of a scalable, secure, and intuitive platform that becomes indispensable to global business leaders.
- Champion the use of AI, data, and cutting-edge technologies to deliver revolutionary features and unparalleled user experiences.
Platform Innovation
- Oversee the design and delivery of AI-driven capabilities that push the boundaries of what’s possible in business intelligence and decision-making.
- Ensure the platform’s infrastructure is optimized for performance, security, and scalability to meet future demands.
- Establish and uphold industry-leading standards for development, deployment, and innovation.
Strategic Vision
- Monitor and leverage emerging technology trends to position GravityOne as the gold standard for leadership platforms in the intelligence economy.
- Develop a robust technology roadmap that accelerates innovation cycles and ensures rapid iteration of AI models and features.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights and strategies.
Team Leadership & Culture
- Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class technology team with a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Promote a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams work seamlessly to deliver cohesive platform advancements.
- Empower the team to challenge conventions and embrace intelligent risk-taking in pursuit of innovation.
Driving Growth & ROI
- Align technology initiatives with business objectives to unlock new revenue streams and maximize financial returns.
- Identify opportunities to monetize platform capabilities through strategic partnerships, licensing, and other innovative business models.
- Ensure that all technology investments are cost-effective, scalable, and deliver exceptional ROI.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong knowledge of software development practices, systems architecture, and security standards.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, fostering innovation and transformative solutions.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.
