Role: Chief Technology Officer

Education: Bachelor of Engineering in IT / MCA / B.Tech

Notice period: Immediate to 30days

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP Product Development & 5 years as HOD from Product Development organization.

• Good understanding of ERP Software Product Development / SAAS.

• Effective Leadership Skills with business acumen

• Strong analytical, problem-solving & innovative skills

• Good communication skills both in writing and verbally with ability to present the complex ideas or technical solutions with ease.

• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies & latest technologies.

• Knowledge of AI/ML / Low Code will be added advantage

Expertise/Skills

• Product built on Programming languages: Asp.Net, MVC, C#, Angular 16, SQL, excellent Oops concept, Data and Business Intelligence Software’s, Cloud/Server Technologies, PAAS Services, Application Hardware sizing.

• ERP Product Development

• Manage product development timelines, budgets and resources.

• Should have experience in managing multiple products simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead of a Software Product Development team, Quality Assurance team, UI/UX Team, Business Intelligence Team, AL-ML Team.

• Act as a strategic guide to Product Managers, driving scalable, user-focused solutions.

• Champion creative problem-solving and adopt emerging technologies for competitive advantage.

• Be the product and innovation driver shaping our future through technology leadership

• Build and mentor high-performing tech teams with a focus on agile, product-first development

• Develop Product vision roadmaps that outline the planned features and enhancements of products, prioritizing them based on customer and business needs.

• Development and Continuous enhancement of Product Architecture and Framework.

• Develop and maintain product development processes, procedures and documentation to ensure quality and timely delivery

• Develop and maintain product design documents, requirements, and specifications.

• Develop technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) improve existing software.

• Ensuring product security and data protection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
