Kindercare Childcare is currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Childcare

Office Administrator to join our team in a busy childcare setting.

This is a key role that supports the smooth running of our service and ensures compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements..

Job Description:

  • Prepare Parent’s invoices for distribution to parents in a timely manner.
  • Debit invoices using the Eazyeft Software
  • Monitor and account for receipt of fees from parents
  • Support the effective functioning of the front office
  • General office administration including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Managing communications via phone, email, and in person
  • Supporting the Manager with funding applications and compliance reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
  • Discretion and attention to detail are essential

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Pobal and the HIVE platform is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with childcare regulations and funding schemes
  • Fetac Level 5 or above in Childcare

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality early years care and education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €16.50-€19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
