• Deep cleaning - Carry out thorough cleaning of all units, including floors, walls, windows and hard to reach areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment either by hand or using industrial dishwashers
• Sanitisation - Disinfect surfaces, touchpoints and communal areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Floor Care- Perform detailed cleaning of tiles and other flooring types including vacuuming, mopping and scrubbing where required.
• Fixtures and Fittings - Clean and polish fixtures, furniture and fittings to keep all areas looking presentable.
• Waste Management - Collect and dispose of rubbish, recycling and other waste materials safety and efficiently.
• Health and Safety Compliance - Follow all health and safety guidelines ensuring the correct us of cleaning products and equipment.
• Stock control - Monitor and report on cleaning supplies to ensure materials are always available when needed.
• Kitchen Cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops, and food preparation areas. Empty rubbish bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials

• No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
