About us
Twin City Commercial Cleaners was founded in Kitchener/Waterloo in 1992, with a mission to provide top-notch commercial cleaning services to businesses in the area. We have since then expanded our services throughout Southwestern Ontario, and our reputation for quality and reliability has continued to grow. Our services are all-encompassing, ranging from basic cleaning maintenance to specialized treatments. We are bonded and insured, ensuring that our clients’ properties are protected every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of facilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
Note: This job description is a general overview of the responsibilities and skills required for the position of Cleaner. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Cleaning: 2 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
