We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Cleaning Supervisor. This role involves managing a site cleaning team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing leadership to both the team and clients.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Cleaning Supervisor. This role involves managing a site cleaning team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing leadership to both the team and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day cleaning operations.
- Managing shift rosters, including core and ad-hoc shifts.
- Providing leadership and operational support to cleaning staff.
- Ensuring compliance with quality systems.
- Conducting service delivery audits and preparing reporting requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Control Panels, Access Control systems, and emergency processes.
- Ability to mentor staff and drive performance.
- In-depth understanding of workplace safety and the ability to maintain a safe work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
