Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in various facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies as needed
- Perform heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic hand tools
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and operating power tools
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
- Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
