Position Overview
We are seeking a Client Representative to join our Calgary team. In this role, you will work directly with customers, provide clear information about products and services, and guide them through the purchase process. This is a customer-facing position that requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner
• Engage with customers to explain products and services
• Answer questions, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions
• Support clients through generating leads or purchase steps using a mobile POS system
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and completed transactions
• Collaborate with team members to meet outreach and service goals
• Participate in training to strengthen product knowledge and communication skills

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
• Comfortable in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Full-time availability (Tuesday to Saturday preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $850.00-$1,250.00 per week
