Multi-Billion Independent Wealth Management Firm
Ellicott City, MD (In-office)
Overview
Established and growing Multi-Billion dollar AUM Independent RIA serving high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele seeks a Client Service Associate to support Clients and Advisors by taking initiative in Client Services.
The Firm provides sophisticated financial advisory and investment management services to high net worth and ultra high net worth clientele.

- Serve as a primary lead for client onboarding and private wealth client services
- Provide an excellent client experience for high net worth clients, building and maintaining client relationships
- Participate in the growth of a dynamic, independent RIA by servicing client needs

- Competitive compensation package ($80,000 – $120,000 base plus bonus ranging from $5,000 – $15,000, and excellent benefits)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-10+ years experience in Client Services within Financial Services
- Experience with Schwab custodian and Salesforce is a plus
- Track record of professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail, and time management
- 45-minute commute to the Ellicott City/Columbia area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
