Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of medical and dental office procedures, and proficiency with electronic health records systems. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic functioning, maintaining high standards of patient care, and managing staff effectively. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in fostering a professional, efficient, and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations
- Coordinate practice improvement projects and research
- Oversee performance and training programs to ensure optimal team productivity
- Use of electronic medical records systems (Oscar and KROLL)
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with medical professionals to facilitate quality patient care and operational efficiency
- Monitor clinic budgets, supplies inventory, and procurement processes to maintain financial health
- Implement policies and procedures to improve workflow and patient satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Experience in managing a medical or multi disciplinary health care office environment
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Experience with budgeting, financial management, and inventory control within a healthcare setting
- Background in healthcare environments such as hospitals or clinics is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, patients, and external partners

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
