Job Summary

Support cloud infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and automation tasks under guidance in a healthcare-focused AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for deployment of microservices and AI workloads.
• Support development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Google Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure health using Google Cloud Monitoring and Logging; identify performance bottlenecks and security alerts.
• Participate in automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Document cloud infrastructure configurations, security policies, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with senior DevOps engineers and developers on troubleshooting, patching, and optimizing deployment processes.
• Learn and help enforce security best practices including IAM roles, data encryption, network segmentation, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and ABDM standards.
• Support disaster recovery testing and cloud cost management initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Fundamental scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages for automation.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is preferred.
• Strong motivation to learn cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and healthcare data compliance.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in virtual teams.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to contribute to meaningful healthcare technology projects.
