About the Role

We’re seeking a professional Cold Caller / Appointment Setter with experience in B2B outreach or telemarketing. The role involves contacting local business owners and property managers to introduce our vending placement program and schedule appointments for our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is motivated by results, and wants to grow with a company that values performance and consistency.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $3,000 CAD per month
• Bonuses: $25 per qualified appointment
• Work Type: Fully Remote, No office required
• Hours: Mon-Friday - 9am-5pm
• CRM: Provided with Power Dialing

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners and property managers.
• Explain the benefits of hosting a free vending machine on their premises.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for our placement team.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM.
• Follow up with potential leads as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 year of cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales experience. (Must shown on resume)
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
