Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Collection Vendor Onboarding
Collection Agent Onboarding
Compliance:
Audit of Collection Vendors at Regular Intervals.
Co-ordination with Internal and External Auditors.
Customer Service
Review of Collection Related Customer Complaints.
Required Qualifications:
MBA finance from reputed institution.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of RBI regulations.
Knowledge of advanced Excel techniques and a passion for data visualization.
