Per l'Hotel Il Pellicano di Porto Ercole ricerchiamo un Commis de Rang.
La risorsa sarà di supporto al servizio in sala sotto la guida dello Chef de Rang e sarà responsabile della preparazione della mise en place, dell'assistenza agli ospiti. In collaborazione con il team di sala lavorerà al fine di garantire un servizio fluido e di qualità.
