Community Liaison (Social Worker Assistant)

Location: Dublin 3, Dublin
Employment Type: Full-time, 5-day work per week
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with social workers to address resident needs and concerns.
• Assist in creating and implementing programs that foster a sense of community among residents.
• Act as a communication bridge between residents and social services, providing support and guidance.
• Help manage resident issues related to housing, health, and well-being.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure effective resolution of resident concerns.
• Coordinate with social workers and property management to align services and solutions effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with residents.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in social work, community outreach, or a related field is a plus.
