Gurukul IAS is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive / Computer Operator to support the institute’s daily administrative and computer-based operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to manage data, prepare documents, and maintain records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily computer operations and back-office administrative tasks.
• Enter, update, and maintain student records and institutional data.
• Prepare, edit, and format documents using MS Word and MS Excel.
• Maintain digital files, reports, and other administrative records.
• Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
• Handle emails, online forms, and other computer-based tasks.
• Support the administration team with routine office work.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of student and institutional information.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate degree or relevant computer qualification preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
• Accurate typing and data-entry skills.
• Familiarity with email, internet browsing, and online forms.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
