WHAT DOES A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER DO?

The Construction Manager will lead and supervise a skilled team in roofing, cement finishing, drywall installation, glazing, insulating, and painting.

• Supervise and schedule activities of construction workers and subcontractors
• Establish methods to meet project deadlines and coordinate with other teams
• Resolve work issues and recommend solutions to improve productivity and quality
• Requisition materials and supplies for the job
• Train the team in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Prepare work progress reports
• Supervise apprentices, helpers, and laborers

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO US?

• 5 years of experience in a foreman role would be an asset
• Journeyperson in Carpentry would be an asset
• Customer service skills
• A valid driver’s license is required
• May require overnight travel based on project demands
