Bruce Building Group, LLC is in the business of building custom luxury cabins in the Pigeon Forge area. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and team members.

Duties

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating resources effectively.
• Utilize construction management software such as BuilderTrend for project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates using tools like Square Take-off.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Implement project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and communications.

Skills

• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating practices and project scheduling methodologies.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and relevant regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams on construction sites while ensuring safety compliance.
