Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and construction management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective coordination with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Duties
- Sales, including coordinating with customers and nurturing each job from first contact to finalizing and signing the contract
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schematics.
- Utilize construction management software such as Knowify and Microsoft Office (including Excel) for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee construction estimating processes to provide accurate budget forecasts.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Proficiency in construction management software is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project coordination principles and practices.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and contract management.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
