We are seeking a MAIQS, MAIQS (CQS), or MRICS Full Member to join our team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to gain hands‑on experience within a supportive national team, contributing to a diverse range of projects and working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of:
- Financier costing reports and progress claims
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments (insurance valuations)
- Capital Works Fund forecasts
- Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential and commercial assets
- Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and collect data for costing and reporting.
- Liaise professionally with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to compliance reporting.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation, industry standards, and CPD requirements (AIQS/RICS).

Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Economics, or another built‑environment discipline.
- Current driver’s licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle for site travel.
- Full professional membership: AIQS (MAIQS / MAIQS CQS) or RICS (MRICS) — Mandatory Requirement.
- Permanent work rights in Australia — no sponsorship available.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, RIB CostX, and general office software.
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
