We are seeking a MAIQS, MAIQS (CQS), or MRICS Full Member to join our team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to gain hands‑on experience within a supportive national team, contributing to a diverse range of projects and working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of:
• Financier costing reports and progress claims
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments (insurance valuations)
• Capital Works Fund forecasts
• Tax Depreciation Schedules for residential and commercial assets
• Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and collect data for costing and reporting.
• Liaise professionally with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to compliance reporting.
• Stay up to date with relevant legislation, industry standards, and CPD requirements (AIQS/RICS).

Skills and Experiences:
Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property Economics, or another built‑environment discipline.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle for site travel.
• Full professional membership: AIQS (MAIQS / MAIQS CQS) or RICS (MRICS) — Mandatory Requirement.
• Permanent work rights in Australia — no sponsorship available.

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, RIB CostX, and general office software.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
