We are searching for full-time, residential Construction Supervisor.
Roles:
- Meet building codes and ensure health and safety requirements on sites.
- Maintain construction sites cleanliness and safety from garbage, snow removal, and ensuring that access into and out of home sites are safe and clean.
- Perform deficiency repairs such as framing repairs, minor taping and paint repairs, install locks and etc.
- Require to make checklist on framing, insulation, and pre-occupancy per company’s standard.
- Communicate with Construction manager, trades, suppliers, and clients.
- Other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in residential construction.
- Driver license with clean driver's abstract.
- Computer skills

- Strong verbal communication
- Knowledge of building code and safety code
- Team player
- Flexible
- Excellent oral communication
- Organized
- Ability to supervise
- Can work under pressure
- Supervise workers
- Able to read plans
