We are searching for full-time, residential Construction Supervisor.

Roles:

• Meet building codes and ensure health and safety requirements on sites.
• Maintain construction sites cleanliness and safety from garbage, snow removal, and ensuring that access into and out of home sites are safe and clean.
• Perform deficiency repairs such as framing repairs, minor taping and paint repairs, install locks and etc.
• Require to make checklist on framing, insulation, and pre-occupancy per company’s standard.
• Communicate with Construction manager, trades, suppliers, and clients.
• Other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in residential construction.
• Driver license with clean driver's abstract.
• Computer skills
