Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Construction Worker to join our crew. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in construction, takes directions well, and enjoys working as part of a team. Position has the opportunity to grow into a much larger role.

Duties

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts on-site.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or related fields preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory and reliable transportation.
