Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to complete tasks effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and safety protocols.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on the job site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks.
