Must have architectural and shop drawings experience. Knowledge of flooring products & applications and be able to estimate with ease. Will be responsible for reading blue prints. Proficient in CAD, Office, Excel & Material Costing. Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines. Work in Commercial & Residential areas. Experience in Project Management for Construction a must. Be able to manage aspects of the project and when needed do site visits. Budget control, cost control and monthly billing. Review site instructions and good knowledge of setting material. Good communication skills, organized and a team player. Independent worker. Job Type: Full-time
