- Prepare and cook continental dishes such as pasta, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, grills, soups, and salads
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Manage daily kitchen prep and mise-en-place
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Control food wastage and assist in stock management
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during operations
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and organized
- Support menu planning and new dish development
Requirements:
- Experience in continental cuisine
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
