The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from award through to completion. This is a key role, responsible for maintaining high standards across all sites, building strong client relationships and supporting the commercial and operational performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery in line with specifications, programmes and budgets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, representing the business professionally at all times.
  • Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, operatives and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Review drawings, specifications and technical information to ensure full compliance.
  • Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues early and maintain high safety standards.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Support tendering activities, including pricing, material take-offs, scheduling and technical input.
  • Work closely with senior management to improve processes and strengthen project delivery across the company.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project role within construction, passive fire protection or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of project management, site operations and client communication.
  • Confident working with clients, contractors and internal teams across multiple projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Valid Safe Pass and full driving licence.
  • Preference will be given to candidates holding Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) certification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to €50,000.00 per year
