Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team for upcoming and ongoing residential projects based in Tipperary.

You will be joining a team working on exciting and varied residential projects throughout the Tipperary area. These roles are full-time and offer long-term career opportunities with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects to ensure safe delivery on programme, within budget, and to handover requirements
• Oversee construction activities including programme management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and H&S regulations
• Lead site meetings, monitor progress, manage variations, and maintain accurate project records and reporting
• Liaise with design, commercial, procurement, and senior management teams to ensure effective project delivery and staffing coordination

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3+ years in a Contracts Manager role with a main contractor
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Excellent technical knowledge with ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Proactive, and solutions-focused with strong organisational and multi-project management ability
