About Select Access

Select Access is a market leader in height safety and specialist access solutions. We are a "steady, structured, and consistent" partner to our clients, known for our commitment to safety and reliability. Due to our continued expansion across Ireland and Europe, we are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our operational team.

Purpose of the Role:

To support the efficient delivery of height safety projects through robust administrative, logistical, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily coordination of site teams and project resources.
  • Manage project scheduling and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain rigorous health and safety (SHEQ) documentation and compliance records.
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse, engineers, and external clients.
  • General office administration to support the Contracts and Operations Managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative, logistics, or coordination role.
  • Sector Knowledge: Experience in construction, engineering, or height safety is a distinct advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft 365.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional, "client-first" approach.
  • Logistics: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Licence: Full clean Irish driving licence.
