About North 44 Academy:
We are a licensed nature preschool in Guelph. Our food program helps children develop a healthy and joyful relationship with food. We prepare a seasonal, organic three-course lunch and snacks in our school kitchen daily.
Position Summary:
The North 44° Academy is seeking a talented individual to prepare lunch and snacks of seasonal, local food for children and staff.
We are looking for a positive, energetic, patient, efficient, hardworking and creative person that likes children.
Qualifications:
- Professional kitchen experience (1-3 years), formal training preferred
- Food handler's certificate
- Up to date Police Vulnerable Sectors Check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
Work Location: In person
