Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Associate specializing in Plumbing, HVAC & Waterworks products. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection and provide technical advice.
Responsibilities
· Respond and assist customers in a timely manner with their questions and needs, either in person, by phone or e-mail.
· Provide technical advice and product information for customers.
· Verify items are available for the customer as ordered and scheduled.
· Pull and prepare orders for customer pick up or delivery.
· Offer help and assistance in the warehouse.
· Maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 2 + years of experience in Plumbing and/or HVAC sales or related field.
· Previous experience in sales or customer service in wholesale or distribution is an advantage.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
· Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales software.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
