Job Title: Counter Staff
Job Description: As a Counter Staff member at Panda Asian Street Food, you will be the face of our establishment, engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Answering the phone in a pleasant manner to company standards
- Assisting customers in placing their orders accurately and efficiently
- Operating the cash register and handling transactions
- Preparing and serving food items in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborating with fellow team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment
Required Qualifications: To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Availability to work 3:30-10:30pm (hours are subject to change)
- Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong sense of teamwork and dedication
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not mandatory
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
