- Making Agreements, Demands, NOC and other related documents
- Ensuring timely collection of payment, following up with customer and banker for sanction letter
- Creating customer delight experience while onboarding new customers
- Replying customers on email, messages etc
- Coordination with banker, channel partners, internal team and other departments
- Replying customers on email, messages etc
- Ensure timely completion of tasks given by head and management
- Handling smooth Possession process.
Role:
- Maintain an updated status of due customers.
- Managing all the operational works related to customer relationship management.
- Meet customers to serve them and address the queries related to documentation & payment process.
- Coordinating with the banks for payment disbursements.
- Able to provide solutions/initiatives to improve/better work flows, suggest Home Loan Product measures
Desired Skills & Experience (We prefer candidate having past experience in Real Estate Industry)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Post sales process in Real Estate Industry
- Thorough with the onboarding process for the new clients
- Highly Energetic, helpful and cordial approach with abilities to meet customer requirements
- Thorough Knowledge of real estate processes of customer lifecycle from start till end
- Should have good business communication skill-Oral and Written
- Should have pleasing personality to interact with customer
Addition Skills - Familiarity with RERA norms and real estate regulations
Qualification - Any Graduate, MBA
