Job Description
- Inside Sales, conversion of potential leads through incoming calls
- Handling inbound and outbound sales calls to convert prospects into customers
- Following up on leads and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Ability to manage priorities and meet targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Participating in training sessions for performance improvement and skill development
- Sharing daily and weekly activity reports with the Team Leader
- Adhering to the assigned schedule and roster as per team requirements
Requirements
- Candidate needs to have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service
- Freshers interested sales may also apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Experience in the bike rental industry is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
