Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in supporting Mitsubishi Chemical Group’s advanced composites business, including KyronMAX™ injection molded compounds, KyronTEX compression molded composites, and SMC (FMC composites). This position serves as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, contributing to the company’s mission of sustainable growth and innovation. Responsibilities include managing commercial orders, coordinating logistics, and supporting marketing initiatives—all with the goal of fostering long-term, collaborative customer relationships.

• Process and coordinate sales orders for KyronMAX™ compounds and KyronTEX composites.
• Respond to product inquiries submitted through the company website.
• Provide support to the global sales team as needed
• Assist in the development and coordination of marketing materials for trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate scheduling and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments across MCAM’s facility.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and service on existing accounts.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Epicor is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams preferred
• No travel required; occasional after-hours availability may be necessary to coordinate with international customers

• The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $68,800. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
