- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base
- Prepare reports on client interactions, sales, and forecasts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
