We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive for the International Voice Process (USA) who can handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and prior experience in international customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality standards.
- Document customer interactions in the system/CRM.
- Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets (KPIs).
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in International Voice Process (USA/UK preferred).
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in US customer support or sales process.
- Good accent clarity and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
