Client Care Specialist – Kay Plumbing Heating & Cooling Services

Location: Lexington, SC | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $15–$17/hr + Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for customers—answer calls, book appointments, and deliver outstanding service every time.
• Handle high call volumes with professionalism and a calm, solution-oriented attitude.
• Document customer details and service requests accurately (we love precision!).
• Support our technicians and office team with scheduling, coordination, and clear communication.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Educate customers about service options and maintenance plans.
• Keep our CRM, Google Suite, and scheduling systems running smoothly with your strong tech skills.

What It Takes

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience (Plumbing/HVAC industry is a plus).
• A fast learner who adapts easily to new systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, friendly, and professional.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and scheduling.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• A strong work ethic and dependable attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $15–$17/hr (based on experience)

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
