*Overview*
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
*Duties*
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
- Utilize Fleet Manager software for updating loads and tracking
- Work with customs team to ensure clearance of any border crossings
- Keep customers updated on any delays or issues in a timely manner
*Qualifications*
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work on any shift which may include weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Punjabi
- Proficient in data entry and knowledge of transportation systems
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of transportation industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
