Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
· Process incoming orders from customers and dealer representatives, accurately coding for discount and commission
· Prepare quotations in response to customer and dealer representative inquiries
· Provide product information to customers and dealer representatives, and facilitate communication with technical support if needed
· Handle customer complaints, questions, and claims, directing them to the appropriate department for resolution
Good computer skills are required. (Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
** Bilingual in Spanish - read, write and speak is preferred, but not required.
Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
