We're looking for a hunter. Someone who understands that pipeline doesn't build itself and knows how to turn cold outreach into qualified conversations. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, representing Growth Boss across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.

This is a high-activity, results-oriented role. You'll work closely with our senior sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, qualify opportunities, and consistently deliver sales-ready meetings. What matters here is output: meetings booked, pipeline generated, targets hit.

Core Responsibilities

  • Research and identify target accounts aligned with Growth Boss's ideal customer profile
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns and continuously refine scripts and sequences based on performance
  • Qualify leads against defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and schedule discovery calls for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution

Qualifications

  • Fluent English proficiency (mandatory): you'll be communicating directly with prospects and clients via phone, email, and video
  • 3+ years in a B2B SDR, inside sales, or outbound sales role
  • Agency or digital marketing services experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to hit meeting-booked targets consistently
  • Proficient with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or GHL) and comfortable across a modern sales tech stack
  • Self-directed, high-output, and coachable

Compensation

This role operates on a commission-first structure. A base salary is unlocked once defined monthly performance thresholds are met, with higher sales volumes unlocking higher base salary tiers. Commission payouts are tied directly to individual performance against defined SDR targets, including qualified meetings booked, opportunities generated, and closed deals. Detailed commission structure, salary tiers, targets, and earning potential will be outlined during the interview process.

Pay: From $4,500.00 per month
